This documentation explains how to use the features of the Daily ToDo and Notes module in AckySHINE. The module helps you manage tasks, notes, and reminders effectively.

1. Main Pages/Options

2. Adding a Task or Note

To add a new task or note:

  1. Navigate to Add Task or Note.
  2. Fill out the following fields:
    • Title: Enter a brief title for the task or note.
    • Description: Provide details about the task or note.
    • Priority: Select the priority level (Low, Medium, High).
    • Mood: Choose your mood (Happy, Neutral, Stressed, Sad).
    • Category: Select the category (Work/Job Issues, Family Issues, etc.).
    • Date: Choose the date for the task or note.
  3. Click Add Note to save the task or note.

3. Editing a Task or Note

To edit an existing task or note:

  1. Navigate to Task List.
  2. Click on the task or note you want to edit.
  3. Make changes to the fields and click Update Note.

4. Viewing Tasks and Notes

You can view tasks and notes in different formats:

  • Hourly Breakdown: Visit Hourly Breakdown to see tasks organized by hour and mark tasks as completed.
  • Daily Summary: Visit Daily Summary for a full overview of tasks for the day.
  • Yearly Calendar: View tasks across the year in the Yearly Calendar.

5. Marking Tasks as Completed

To mark a task as completed:

  1. Navigate to either the Hourly Breakdown or Task List.
  2. Locate the task you wish to mark as completed.
  3. Click the Complete button or checkbox next to the task.

Marking tasks as completed will reflect in your reports and provide a performance overview.

  • You must be logged in to add, edit, or view tasks and notes.
  • Ensure all required fields are filled out when creating or updating tasks.
  • Use the filters and search features in the Task List for quick navigation.
