Contact Admin | Create Ticket
This module allows users to create and manage support tickets. If you encounter issues, have questions, or require further assistance, use the options below to communicate directly with the Admin team.
1. Main Pages/Options
- Γ°ΕΈβΒ© Create New Ticket: Submit a new support ticket detailing your issue or request.
- Γ°ΕΈΕ½Β« View Your Tickets: Track the status of your submitted tickets and review Admin responses.
- Γ°ΕΈββ Your Notifications: Stay updated on ticket progress and responses through notifications.
2. Creating a New Ticket
To create a new support ticket:
- Navigate to Create New Ticket.
- Fill out the ticket form with the following details:
- Subject: A brief title describing your issue or request.
- Description: A detailed explanation of your concern or question.
- Category: Select the relevant category for your ticket (e.g., Technical Support, General Inquiry).
- Click Submit to send the ticket to the Admin team.
3. Viewing and Managing Your Tickets
To view and manage your submitted tickets:
- Navigate to View Your Tickets.
- Browse the list of submitted tickets to see their statuses (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Resolved).
- Click on a ticket to view its details and any responses from the Admin team.
- Respond to Admin messages or close tickets if your issue is resolved.
4. Checking Notifications
To stay informed about updates to your tickets:
- Navigate to Your Notifications.
- View a list of notifications regarding ticket updates, Admin responses, and ticket closures.
- Mark notifications as read to keep track of new updates.
5. Notes
- Provide clear and detailed information in your tickets to help the Admin team address your issue effectively.
- Check your notifications regularly to stay updated on ticket progress.
- Only close tickets once you are satisfied that your issue has been resolved.
