Health and Wellness Management
This documentation explains how to use the Health and Wellness Management module in AckySHINE. This module helps you track and manage your physical health and wellness activities.
1. Main Pages/Options
- π Log Daily Status: Record your daily health status, including physical activities and symptoms.
- π View Health Report: Generate reports of your health data over time.
- π Health Summary: View a summary table of your health records.
- π‘ Get Health Advice: Access personalized health advice based on your logged data.

2. Logging Daily Health Status
To log your daily health status:
- Navigate to Log Daily Status.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Date: Select the date for the log.
- Activities: Enter details about physical activities (e.g., exercises, workouts).
- Symptoms: Log any symptoms or health concerns.
- Diet: Record dietary information (e.g., meals, hydration).
- Additional Notes: Add any extra information about your health for the day.
- Click Save to store the log.
3. Viewing Health Reports
To view health reports:
- Navigate to View Health Report.
- Select the date range for the report.
- Generate and review the report, which includes trends and insights based on your logged data.
4. Accessing Health Summary
To access a summary of your health records:
- Navigate to Health Summary.
- View a tabular summary of all your health logs, categorized by date, activities, and symptoms.
5. Getting Health Advice
To get personalized health advice:
- Navigate to Get Health Advice.
- Review recommendations based on your logged health data.
6. Using the Health Calendar
To view your health logs in a calendar format:
- Navigate to Health Calendar.
- Browse the calendar to view logs for specific days.
- Click on a date to see detailed health logs for that day.
7. Reading and Posting Wellness Guidelines
To manage wellness guidelines:
- Navigate to Wellness Guidelines.
- Review general wellness tips and health maintenance principles.
- Click Post Your Guidelines to add your personal wellness principles and goals.
- Edit or update your guidelines as needed to reflect your evolving wellness journey.
8. Notes
- Log health data consistently to get accurate insights and advice.
- Use the health calendar to identify patterns and trends in your health over time.
