Ili ufanikiwe lazima uwe mtu mwenye bidii na
ambaye unawathamini watu bila kujali hali zao za
sasa.Ili kutoka hapo ulipo na kwenda kule
unakotaka unahitaji watu wa kukuunganisha na
fursa mpya,kukuonyesha njia nzuri ya kufanya
mambo,wa kukurekebisha na watu ambao
unaweza kujifunza kwao.

Mwaka 2012 mmiliki wa kampuni kubwa ya vifaa
vya michezo ya Modell nchini marekani,bwana
Mitchell Modell alifanya tukio la ajabu sana lililotoa
funzo kubwa la mafanikio katika maisha yetu ya
kila siku.Aliamua kujibadilisha mwonekano wake
kwa kunyoa nywele zake zote na kuweka ndevu
nyingi sana za bandia na pia kuvaa hereni sikio
moja.Kisha baada ya hapo alienda kuomba kazi
kwenye kampuni yake na akaanza kufanya kazi ya
daraja la chini kabisa.
Akiwa ameajiriwa bila watu kujua kuwa ndiye
mmiliki alikutana na wafanyakazi wengi sana wa
aina mbalimbali.Kati ya wafanyakazi katika tawi lile
alikuwepo dada mmoja anayeitwa Angel ambaye
alikuwa ana watoto 3 ila hakuwa anakaa na mume
wake na kwa muda wa miaka 2.Lakini pia,Angel na
watoto wake wamekuwa wanaishi kwenye vibanda
kwani hakuweza kulipia pango kwenye nyumba
nzuri ya kuishi.Gharama zote za
chakula,ada,matibabu na mavazi ya watoto yote
ilikuwa juu yake.
Pamoja na hali yake hiyo,Angel alikuwa ni
mfanyakazi anayewahi kazini kila siku na alikuwa
anafanya kazi kwa bidii sana.Hata wakati wengine
walikuwa wanalamika juu ya mshahara,yeye kazi
yake ilikuwa ni kuwatia moyo na kuwahamasisha
wafanye kazi kwa bidii sana akiamini ipo siku
mambo yatakuwa mazuri.Kila wakati Bwana
Mitchell alipokuwa anamkuta Angel,alikuta
anafanya kazi zake kwa umakini na hata akikuta
anaongea na wenzake basi itakuwa ni kuwatia
moyo na kuwapa hamasa na kuwataka waaache
kulalamika.
Wakati Bwana Mitchell akiwa kama mfanyakazi
mpya alihitaji sana msaada wa kufundishwa jinsi
mfumo unavyofanya kazi na mambo mengine.Kila
mmoja alikuwa hayuko tayari kumfundisha,ila
Angel alikuwa tayari kumfundisha na kumsaidia
hata na kazi ambazo alikuwa hawezi kuzifanya
kutokana na ugeni wake.Na kwa sababu ya ukaribu
wake ndipo alipoweza kumfahamu Angel na
kuyajua maisha yake kwa undani.
Baada ya siku kadhaa za kufanya kazi bila mtu
yoyote kujua kuwa ndiye mmiliki,ndipo alipoamua
kufanya kitu kikubwa kwa Angel.Kwanza
alimpandisha cheo na kumfanya kuwa meneja
msaidizi na kisha alimpa zawadi ya dola laki mbili
na hamsini(Takribani shilingi milioni 500 za
kitanzania) ili aweze kupata nyumba nzuri ya
kuishi.
Baada ya tukio hili kutokea wafanyakazi wengi
sana walijilaumu na walitamani sana kupata fursa
upya kama wangejua kuwa yule alikuwa ni mmiliki.
Ndivyo maisha yalivyo na ndivyo safari ya
mafanikio ilivyo.mara zote huwezi kujua ni wakati
gani fursa kubwa inayohusu maisha yako
itakutokea.Kilichomfanya Angel kufanikiwa ni ile
hali ya kuwa ni mtu ambaye hakuruhusu jambo
lolote limzuie kufanya kazi kwa bidii na kwa ufanisi
kila wakati hata kipindi ambacho maisha yake
yalikuwa magumu.
Mara nyingi unaweza kujikuta katika hali ambazo
zinakatisha tamaa na zinakupa uhalali wa kila
namna wa wewe kuwa mtu wa kulalamika na
kukata tamaa.Hebu fikiria mama wa watoto
watatu,analipwa mshahara mdogo lakini bado
anawahi ofisini na huwa halalamiki.Kuna fursa
nyingi kwenye maisha unazikosa kwa sababu ya
malalamiko juu ya hali inayokuzunguka.Kitu cha
msingi unachotakiwa kujua ni kuwa kulalamikia
kitu au mtu hakuwezi kubadilisha hali yako ya sasa
lakini kufanya kwa bidii kunaweza kufungua fursa
nyingi kubwa katika maisha yako.
Inawezekana kazi unayoifanya ni ndogo
ukilinganisha na ndoto kubwa
uliyonayo,inawezekana mshahara unaolipwa sio
mkubwa kama unavyotaka,inawezekana biashara
yako bado haifanyi vizuri kama mipango yako
ilivyo ama hauna mtaji kiwango
unachotaka.Katikati ya hali hii unachotakiwa
kufanya sio kuanza kulalamika na kukata
tamaa,unatakiwa kuwa kama Angel,weka kiwango
kikubwa cha bidii kwani kwa kufanya hivyo
utakuwa unajifungulia milango mikubwa zaidi
katika maisha yako.
Kuanzia leo fanya maazimio katika maisha yako
kuwa utakuwa mtu wa kufanya kwa bidii kile
ambacho unakifanya hata kama itakuwa kwenye
mazingira magumu,kwani kwa kufanya hivyo
utakuwa unajitengenezea fursa kubwa sana mbele
yako.Ukiamua kuishi kwa mtazamo huu,muda
mfupi sana ujao utafanikiwa.
Kitu kingine cha msingi cha kukizingatia hapa ni
kuwa usidharau watu katika maisha yako.Kati ya
mafumbo makubwa ambayo Mungu ameyafumba
ni kuhusu hatima za watu ambao tunakutana nao
kila siku katika maisha yetu.Hakuna kitu kibaya
kama kumdharau mtu eti kwa sababu anaonekana
kwa wakati huo hawezi kukusaidia
chochote.Jifunze kumuheshimu na kumthamini
kila mtu.
Ilil ufanikiwe katika maisha yako jifunze kuishi
kama Angel,jifunze kuwa na bidii ya kazi hata
katika mazingira magumu lakini pia jifunze
kuthamini kila mtu ambaye unakutana naye-
Kuanzia mdada wa kazi
nyumbani,mlinzi,mfagizi,kondakta wa daladala
hadi dereva wako.Kila mtu ni muhimu na ana
mchango katika maisha yako.Kanuni ya maisha
inasema-“Husiana na watu kama wewe unavyotaka
watu wengine wahusiane na wewe pia”. Kuanzia leo
ishi na kila mtu kama “Mitshell wako” wa
kukuunganisha na fursa kubwa uliyokuwa
unaisubiria.
